I have allergy induced asthma and need a simple steroid inhaler to get through allergy season. I clearly stated this was the reason for my visit before I was connected with the Dr, Teladoc took the opportunity to take my money and have a DR to call me and tell me they cant prescribe the inhaler and to go to a PCP. The call was 20 seconds long. I called customer service to refund my money and they refused. literally paid 50$ to call a Dr to tell me to go to the Dr.
