I ordered a bottle lamp from an ad on Instagram on 9/28/2024. I payed $34.95 on 9/28/2024. I've never received the product and was told that it was in transit. Then they were going to check their backend to see why it didn't ship. Then I requested a refund and was told they were processing it. No refund, no lamp. The customer service reps name was Lynda. the emails came from [email protected]
