I ordered the highly advertised 3D glass pet portrait that have been blowing up my social media on Facebook. The item cost $119 and advertised a hand made portrait created by applying individual glass pieces to create a portrait. After a month long with fake tracking number the item arrived. It was made of one piece of cheap plastic. No glass, no individual pieces, not handmade. I tried emailing and emails were undelivered. The contact us buttons would not work. I was finally able to send a chat on the website that I had to enter numerous times as the chat would disconnect. I did receive an email and they refuse to send a refund as they say their items are made of glass and not plastic. I sent photos and still they refuse to acknowledge they sent me a scam product.
