I had the same issue, purchased the blue light glasses on 3 May 2021, received an update 3 days later on 6 May 2021, saying the item has shipped.
It's been more than 7 weeks and still news from them. I tried contacting them many times, but had no luck.
I'm in the process of having chargeback from my bank and I also reported teddith to Shopify. It is definetly scam !

I was looking to purchase some blue light filter glasses from this company (Teddith) and received an order confirmation later that day followed by a delivery notice the following day saying that, "my order is being shipped". Since February 13th I have received no information regarding my product. Emailed customer support twice, tried looking for a phone number to call but there is none. There are currently 72+ reviews on google all saying the same things that nobody has gotten any products and no responses from any support team or staff. All pictures from "testimonials" on their website are stock photos followed by some fake quotes from "customers".
