Responded to an ad on Ebay for a Bobcat Tracked Loader. Was directed to Techmerx.org. Purchased item and shipping to my location. After several delayed delivery dates and having my phone number blocked refusing my call. I found I could get through dialing from a different number. At this point I contacted Aroura PD and was directed to local law enforcement.
