When I first started with this company they charged me $200 to keep my computer clean. Then the other day I wasn't sure what I was doing. They called and told me that they were going to charge me $399 to renew the service and I told them I wanted to cancel it because I don't have the money. I talked to a person and they told me that I was going to get a $1000 refund. Every time I try to talk to them, they kept on giving different answers. They had me so confused and they kept on hanging up and I kept on calling back. Then the next time I talk to someone else they gave me another answer and told me that I was giving me $400 refund. We kept on going back and forth on the phone and things kept on getting worse. They told me to go to get $200 in google play and call me back when your out of the store which he stayed on the phone which i thought it was crazy but at that time I should put two to two together but I wasn't thinking. So I got scammed. I lost $250 from my account and didn't realize it was a scam. My mind so messed up from them talking to me and I just did what they told me. I didn't realized at the time why was I sending them my money but I was not in the right mind. So I would like to know if they are a real business, I hope if you find out they are a scam then I would be more alert the next time. Thank you

Computer locked up. Red with a yellow block with phone number to call. Informed I had a trojan horse "mebroot" and they would clean up my computer problem and that it was not a virus. They told me of their service and showed me multiple reports of my computer system problems. They asked for a voided check and had me hold up to computer for a photo of check. I had no idea they were looking at me and my office. They kept badgering me with information and that they had different costs. I told them, repeatedly, that I could not afford a 3 year contract. I then said I should call Dell. They said "Dell cannot help you, they only handle software." I wish I had hung up the phone. I told them maybe 1 year contract was all I could afford. They proceeded to push the buttons and I caved. Ended up agreeing to $549.99 with 4 years of service. As soon as I hung up I called Dell. Dell informed me of the Scam and to stop the check. Dell went in and took off everything that this company attached. I had a Firewall and virus protection and that there were no issues with my computer. My computer was totally secured. I went to bank and stopped the check. The bank had me change my account number and I now have new checks. Now this company is calling non-stop since December 12th. They have turned me over to a legal department and if I don't respond they will turn me over to collections. What's interesting is that they would not accept a credit card. I'm now waiting fot the collections company to contact me for the $549.99. Both Dell and the Bank said to wait for the colletions company to contact me.
