Placed an order with a credit card. Received a confirmation number. Month later I inquired about my order. Was told that the package had been delivered. I told them I never received the package. They later said the package lost. They offered a 30% refund. I know 36.00 is not a large amount of money, but it is for someone on a fixed income. They later offered a 50% refund. I said, looks like you need the money more, and that's coming from a senior citizen. Never heard from them nor did they refund anything.
