I called that number and they asked for the ID #, and I gave them it. They barely spoke English, and it was hard to understand them. They asked me for my first and last name and would not look up the information under the ID#. I told him that I was not going to give him my name, and he hung up on me. I get these texted messages all the time, and I want them to stop, please.
