I ordered Goodr sunglasses online and after they “sent the package and marked it delivered” via a Chinese shipping/tracking website, they claimed to have sent it again. Same website, false tracking info and no delivery. I requested a refund. They wanted to only give me 70% back and I argued that only 100% was appropriate. They agreed to refund me. It has now been more than a month, and no refund, despite multiple emails. Within 2 weeks of ordering with them, the credit card I used was hacked and multiple fraudulent claims were charged to it. My credit card company investigated, determined that it was fraud, and closed the card. I am now disputing the original charge. I am attaching the email in which they agreed to refund my money in full.

Hi - I'm having a very similar situation with this site - but my problem is that I can't seem to find the charge by searching "swagova" on my credit card. I use my credit card for everything so it's like finding a needle in a haystack. Can you let me know what the company shows up as on your credit card? I'm very worried about this! Thanks in advance
