It is offering a job with HF Sinclair as a Administrative Assistant for location in Casper Wyoming. NUMEROUS, calls, and emails from her and also a new guy started calling and emailing me the same JOB OFFER but this time he is claiming to be Pyramid Consulting INC he calls from 770-255-3184, his name is Ankit Chitkara his email is [email protected], his supervisor even called me his name is Sujeet Kumar his number is 214-983-1718. also calling from number 704-838-5623. They have been emailing me asking me to confirm their representation in getting me hired on to the HF Sinclair in Casper, Wyoming. They have not yet tried to get any money yet from me but did talk about out of pocket expenses and such from the job that I will be reimbursed for, They have gotten my resume from indeed , flex jobs and career builders. I have been desperately needing work and vulnerable to anyone that may call me back or ask me to submit my resume to, I have. I know that these people are fake and scammers that are calling from India! It is horrible that I can not even trust jobbing websites I don't know what is real or fake anymore because I get so much spam and fraud calls daily and emails like crazy! Our government needs to work at this badly do something about it or who knows anymore the government in America seems to be the master minds of the best scammers out there! This is ridiculous!

On January 21, 2025 I applied on Indeed for a position as a Contract Commercial Loan Officer with Mattat Capital. On January 27, I was invited to a phone interview on Indeed-- I interviewed with a person and felt good about the interview, but had a sense that something wasn't quite right because I could not find any information about the company outside of their business website. On January 31, I was contacted on Indeed to fill out information for a background check. Unfortunately, I filled it out and shared personal information such as my address and social security number. On February 10, I was given an offer of employment which looked extremely official (they used IRS documents for independent contractors), and sent a link to e-sign onboarding documents. I went through the documents but decided not to respond because they asked me for further information such as banking account information. I still couldn't shake the feeling that something wasn't quite adding up as I hadn't spoken to anyone since the phone interview.

I then mapped the company's official business address on their website, which ended up being located at the Peach Tree City, Georgia Post Office. I googled Mattat Capital, Wyoming (the phone number from the HR Representative was from Powell, WY) and found out the company was created in December, 2024. This timeline doesn't match the claims on their website, which states that they have served over one thousand clients, and closed over one hundred million dollars in deals, as well as being a top 1% lender.

This recruiting scam was extremely believable, given that they took measures to post and communicate on Indeed, a valid and trusted job posting site.
