Advertised a Clark boot, leather with wool lining, video of people wearing , picture showed leather ties on boots. When product arrived the boots were manmade ,seemed like plastic sprayed on wool liner. Ties are same very cheap. No brand name or any identification on boot. The package looked like a deflated football, had almost no weight, in plastic bag with Euro size and a Chinese figure in front of that, the outer wrapping was white plastic with black inside. I purchased 2 Bras online from Sursell. Advertises falsely that a woman had designed a bra to help older women with support with no wire. They were on sale 2 Bras for price of 1. The ridiculous bras arrived with no receipt and no information of how to return for exchange or refund. Each bra came in a zip bag labeled $10 made in China. My credit card charge was $61.98. Customer support person from Sursell said my case would be escalated and someone would contact me about returning the bras so I received this email from them:

Sursell sling back orthotic shoes. They are not orthotic, very wide, very big, cheap plastic parts. No way to return, no packing slip, no address, no contact info. From what others have reviewed on Trustpilot, you must ship back to China at a cost of $80+. Bought off Instagram. I should have known better.

purchased two heated vest from a company called SURSELL for $132.xx I was sent 2)small vests put in 3xl and 4xl packages. I contacted the company and they said they could send me $15.00 for there mistake and I keep two vests the no one can wear.

I looked at there reviews and found this to be standard practice. A 1.1 rating only because you can't give a 0 rating.

If there is a list of fraud company's that you develop they need to be on it.
