I placed an order on March 2nd 2025. After 7 days I reached out to them on an email asking for an update on my order. They replied back stating they were still working on it. I waited another 5 days and reached out a second time demanding to give me an update on my order, they sent the same exact response email from the last time as if it was an automated email they use. They didn’t answer any of my questions so at that point it seems very suspicious and believe now that I have been scammed. I sent out a last email on March 20th and I got no response at all. I looked at the shipping information on their website and it states 3-5 days delivery time in California and other states 7-10 days. I am reporting this to prevent other customers going through the same and to stop this from happening again.
