We contacted Tony Lombardo to build a porch for us after being referred from a family member. He was given a $4100 deposit, then applied for a variance in our town. That is the only work he did. After the approval of the variance by the town he was suddenly ill and could not do the work. Each week we called he was still too ill, until finally, 2 months later, we hired another builder for our job. Tony is a pro at ignoring your calls until he is threatened! He would not return our money, nor tell us where the supplies were that he said “he bought for the job”. We even offered to pick them up. We contacted the attorney general office, which also tried to get Tony to pay back our money in payments, which he agreed to, but never followed through with. We are disgusted with this and concerned that he continues to rip people off. This man should be incarcerated!
