Zenduce charged my credit card to deliver 3 packages they sent one out first i never received it , my condition was to receive before new year 2025, when the first didnt arrive i cancelled the second two which they rejected even though they were the ones changing the delivery to january 6th to 9th which wasnt my condition to buy i knew i will be out of the country after new year for two weeks, they never sent the other two or i never eve received any lighting source for my money none, they are very rude people very uncooperative and they wont return my money . they dont answer to my detailed emailes either, no way to negotiate as they have my money and they dont care for me or my problem.
