I paid the fee of 174 dollars, and then had a counselor trying to contact me, saying that I had to speak to and pay for a counselor to approve my application. I never answered the call from the counselor, and notified the company that I never was told that I would have to pay any furthers fees, and that I just wanted a refund. I've never received anything from them whatsoever. I was told by email, by a person named Travis, that all I had to do was call the company to initiate my refund. When I did, I was given the runaround, and never had my money refunded. I'm on disability, with a fixed income.. and I really need my money back...they claimed on their website to be better business bureau certified, and so I trusted them. Now I very much regret that, and especially right before Christmas.
