They kept stringing me along about delayed product arrival. Once it finally arrived the quality was poor and not as represented on every item.
When I wanted to return the items they wrote it was too expensive to ship back and I should keep the items. I kept writing back and they tried to get me to agree to take a few dollars as as a reimbursement. They strung me along for months, telling me they didn't have the money. After months, when I agreed to take half the amount, of course they refused to pay.
