I was charged twice, then had to contact multiple times because it was supposed to come in at a certain time and did not . I ordered an " AI Robot bear".When I received the package the customer service said it was correct item and said they could provide refund if not satisfied. Well they don't do that or send a shipping label because as I quote," it will take to long for them" ,they only offer a 10%r refund.
