Received email stating I qualified to receive a free tool kit. The requested a shipping fee of $6.95 When I received the confirmation email it read I was entered into a monthly contest drawing

Very good high quality Spam E-mail using correct Harbor Freight Logo's and customer database information gained illegally!! Hovering on Logo or E- mail links give no notice of non-Harbor freight company and link

when accessed , directs to Harbor freight logo link page that after updating customer personal information as well as credit card information , does not reward cardholder from Harbor Freight and charges $6.99 for entry into "Drawing" for the reward product "Not immediate or future receipt of reward product" a.k.a. Huskqvarna electric lawn mower!!! These guys are going way out of their way to flaunt the facts they they are now getting away with using legitimated Logos, Account information , as well as legitimate E-mail "Hover" link checks on their e-mail information!!! Absolutely no regards or fear of legal retaliation for their criminal internet actions!!! Also no regards for U.S. logo or patent rights!!!! They are way off the reservation Here!!!!!!!!!!!! Major prison time for all involved here is nothing less than consumer justice , as well as corporate franchise Logo

infringement protection in the struggling U.S. business markets!!!!!!!! You guys need to nip this one in the bud!!!!!!!!!!

They advertise Amazon pallets for sale for $6.98 delivered to you. After signing up and paying they sent me an email saying good luck, we will inform you if you are a winner in our next drawing for a pallet? I called them and told them I wanted to cancel the order because that was not what they were advertising ??. The lady at first said she couldn't until I explained why. She put me on hold, came back and told me she could refund me but it would be 24 to 48 hours and to check my account. About 30 minutes later my bank emails me asking did I make a purchase for $56.98 from Best Gadget Sales. I told them No. They denied the purchase and cancelled my card until I get another one ??.
