The real Coach-store or Coach outlet advertises on Facebook all the time and I made several products before and all these purchases were successful, so when I saw a good looking purse and the name Coach outlet as well as the picture/logo Coach uses ( a man driving a coach) the thought that this is scam didn’t cross my mind. I decided I had to have one of those bags. I didn’t catch that the word Coach was misspelled because. I saw the logo and the capital “ C” and I was sure I’m buying from Coach outlet.

The bag came a month later. I paid $105.98 but the bag is worth no more than $30. The color and quality is not as seen in the picture.

I tried returning it. They have a 30 days return policy and than I realized: this is not Coach. They are pretending they’re Coach by using the logo, the scrambled name: Caoah instead of Coach but as I said the font is the same and the coach picture is the same. They are hoping that people like me: busy, people who bought from Coach outlet before will not pay close attention and they can sell overpriced cheap quality bags and even though they have a return policy they there is no number to call them. You can only email them which gets the costumer ( the victim) nothing because they refuse to process the return.

PS: I have pictures, receipts and emails I had exchanged with the scammer.
