I purchased this product online thinking it was a legit company due to its propaganda. I finally ordered a 1 month supply for 2 kids and never received the product. I have also been advised that I’ll be charged this amount every month as if signed up for some kind of subscription. I tried contacting the seller via email (the only means of communication shared) and have not received a response.

I ordered bymood product from their site because it seemed legitimate. Its been almost a month and no product. It states that you should receive it within a week of purchase. I have sent 3 emails and none of them have been answered.
