running Facebook online ads for weekender luggage, buy one get one 30% off. I place the order, they give a confirmation number. Then a tracking number is given through track 17. It's all in Chinese and says delivered. But it's never delivered. Then I contact them, They say "ask neighbors" . Then they say they will refund 7-9 business days. It never happens. there are several people responding to emails. Then they say they shipped it again. give tracking number through track 17 again. Never gets delivered even though it once again says it was. I googled this scam and it is 110% a scam!! I contacted my credit card company and am disputing the charge! They said everyone who this happens to 110% needs to dispute! These scammers make their money on the 20% who dont dispute the charge!!! SHUT THEM DOWN!!!!

I saw the ad on facebook about Lori Griener's weekender bag. It was a buy 1 get 1 half off special. After a couple of weeks I followed up with the support email and was finally sent tracking information that was in Chinese so I couldn't read it. I again contacted them and was told that it had been delivered on a certain date. We have cameras on the front door and it had not been delivered. I again contacted the company and was told they would reissue the order. Same process happened where they eventually told me it had been delivered -- but I never received my order.

I placed an order and was advised of tracking info and delivery. Delivery was never made. I requested a refund and they advised they would send the product again, but never delivered. Total scam!

Scam appears on Facebook as a video showing Laurie from shark tank talking about her weekender luggage. You think you’re ordering from QVC but you aren’t. Your product never arrives.

I thought i was ordering from Home Shopping Network and after a week or so i sent an email asking where my tracking info was at. The business contact me back at least 3 times saying to be patient and the order was on its way. They just sent me a fake tracking number for USPS saying that it was at my local post office and it isnt.
