I ordered 3 drums which I thought were coming from California, when I checked the tracking number I saw that it was coming from China. I immediately tried to get in touch with the company. The number on my credit card statement was not a business number. I emailed them and asked to speak to a live person, they refused to let me speak to anyone in person. The emails were suspicious. I contacted my credit company and asked them to check for fraud and they agreed that the company wasn’t legitimate. I was credited the full amount. The company emailed me and said that if I cancel the chargeback they will refund my money which I did not do. The package came very poorly taped and damaged. I took it immediately to the post office and refused it.
