I placed an order on the website on January 27th and was sent a confirmation email. The website information stated it should arrive within 4-6 days in the continental US, and to contact them if I had not received a shipment notification within 3 days. Over the course of the next 4 weeks, I emailed them four times, twice directly and twice with the contact form on their website. I also messaged their Instagram page twice and their Facebook page once. I never received a reply. On February 24th, I commented on their Instagram page publicly complaining about not receiving my order. This comment was deleted shortly thereafter. A few hours later, I commented again, this time calling them out for deleting my comment and still not shipping my package. They deleted that comment as well, but within minutes I received a notification from PayPal that I was refunded by Prizix, Inc, in the amount of my order. I believe if I had never complained, they would have kept my money, and if I had input my credit card information instead of PayPal, it would have been stolen.
