Scam and I plan on murdering them. I will take their lives for being disgusting filth who scams people who are grieving. Absolutely atrocious. ROT.

Avoid at all costs. My daughter ordered me Mother's Day flowers, and I received a different arrangement than she paid for. Wilted flowers were shipped via FedEx and within 24 hours of receiving half of the roses were completely drooping down and flowers half dead. A total waste of money and of course, Sunny Flowers (aka Blossom Flowers) won't respond to emails or answer their phones.

Scammers. Blossom flowers.com are their handler company. I ordered an arrangement with expedited delivery for 10/7/22 before 1pm. Called customer service to get ETA on order and customer service agent 1st said they couldn't deliver as a paid and when I asked for full refund tried to offer me a measley $5 off for delayed delivery.. made sure to pay with Paypal so I could recoup my funds if transaction unfulfilled

I went to this website, as it was the one recommended for the area I needed for delivery. The website looks like it's American and legitimate. I spent $114 including the $5.99 cost for expedited delivery. I bought a floral arrangement for a funeral service taking place on a Saturday. Sunday I got an email saying the flowers could not be delivered. I called the number for customer service. A woman answered, speaking very broken English with a very heavy Asian accent. I was told they could refund the $5.99 for the cost of expedited delivery. Otherwise, there was nothing else that could be done. I just received an email this morning - 3 days AFTER the funeral - the arrangement had finally been delivered. The website says the company name is Sunny Flower Delivery. The email says it's from Blossom.com and the lady who answered the phone said something totally different than both of the other contacts. Each email I've received has a different number for customer service. The number I've listed is from the website.

I ordered daisies from Sunny Flower Delivery for my sister who just received bad news. They were supposed to be delivered today. I got an email and a text message that they wanted me, via Blossom Flower Delivery Inc, to pay an additional $20 to have the order filled by another florist because they never got their flower delivery in. I'm never one to get scammed so I'm surprised I didn't google this place first but it seemed totally legit. When I called I said this was very poor business practice to ask a customer to pick up a charge because of a delivery that wasn't made. She kept saying she was checking with the designer to see if they could get it out tomorrow with a different arrangement. I told her I was looking at reviews online that say their company is pretty dishonest and that I'd like a full refund. She said she respected by decision and would issue a refund. We'll see.

Stay away. This place is a scam. Custoner service Reps are Asian and barely speak English I ordered sane day flowers for my mom 90th Bday same day delivery… THEY NEVER DELIVERED .. not same day… not ever! They took my money

The company advertised as a flower delivery service takes your money but never deliver the flowers. And then won’t issue a refund because it’s hard to get in contact with anybody about a issue. But when you call it’s a totally different company that answers

Sunny Flower Delivery & Blossoms Flower delivery are the same thing. They are a scam center. they pretend to be a real flower shop when they are only Call takers who jack the prices up paid by customers. Then when they call a real flower shop, they give half or less of the money to the real shop, with a vague description of what customer ordered. They lie to the flower shop about who they are. They say they are the person who originally ordered. but then they give the exact same address on varna ave. in California every single time. NO Flower shop will take these second party orders, this is why They now lie to us. We wont take a second party order because the value the customer paid is not what they receive due to the fact they don't pay even close to what the customer really paid, making the delivering flower shop look bad.. These scam call centers need to be shut down, look at the reviews on any page you pull up after googling them, They are all bad!

I ordered flowers to be sent to my mother after my sister passed on Friday. I received and email stating they could not be delivered that day even though they had a same day promise. They were due to be delivered on Monday. No delivery. I didn't even receive an email saying that the delivery was delayed. I call on Tuesday and voiced my complaint to them very dramatically (please don't mess with a person who is grieving). They use the excuse that one of their drivers had an accident and assured me that they will be delivered the following day, Wednesday. Wednesday comes and goes, no flowers. My sister's funeral is on Thursday. I sent them five emails back-to-back to request my refund with no response. So I call them again. I vehemently request my money back as now I'm no longer interested in their flowers or promises of delivery. I am told that I will receive I cancellation email in 24 hours with my refund to be sent within 7 business days. I'm not holding my breath. SCAMMERS

I ordered flowers on August 4th to be delivered on August 5 to celebrate the birth of my new granddaughter. I live in the UK, my family are in Colorado. Despite 3 attempts to get a redelivery, a call from my son and 2 emails they never arrived. $72 wasted.

Do not order from this "service".

I ordered flowers for a co-worker who's father passed away. I placed the order at 9:00 am pst. I received a confirmation. I was charged $11.99 for "shipping and service fee" as well as $7.50 for "handling fee" and $5.99 for "expedited delivery fee". Then it asked for a tip - ok fine - $4.75.
I received an email saying they didn't have a working phone number so I called and got it sorted out. They confirmed with me that the flowers would be delivered today. I get an email at 3:28 pst that the flowers will not be delivered today. So much for expedited service.
I called 3 times to their customer service number. First two times I was on hold for about 5 minutes a piece and was hung up on. Last time I called I pressed the number for sales (figured they'd more likely pick up) and was scolded for pressing the wrong number and was transferred to service. I then was on hold for 11.37 minutes and was directed to a voicemail that was unable to take messages.
Don't buy from them.
I've contacted my bank and have disputed the charge as no one seems to want to talk to me.

I ordered flowers off this website to be delivered to my mom for her birthday originally they sent me an email saying it was going to be one day late which was fine then the next day they said it was another day late after that I called them each time I called someone answered but they hung up on me. They charged me $60 and my mom never got her flowers and now I can’t contact them.
