I applied for a job on indeed they responded back through text messages with a lady who said i needed to talk to her hiring manager on telegram. I did a interview through text and she said I got the job. She then asked for all my info. My id, my social, my bank account, my address all of my personal information. I asked for proof of the job being legitimate and she ignored and blocked me after she told me i had the job. Her name is Katarina matayoshi. Please let me know if you have any more questions.

Received the same text as previously posted: "Hi, I'm Ms.Keelie Moreno, I am the Talent Acquisition Specialist for Sultan Ventures and I'm pleased to inform you that your resume posted online has been reviewed and forwarded to the Management Team of Sultan Ventures for an interview are you available and willing to undergo this interview?" I did not reply as it would validate the text/number and immediately found this post in my search for it being a scam. The number texted from is (209) 245-2629.

Received the text below. Found it suspicious. Googled the phone number and found a similar experience listed here.

Received text message stating my resume was reviewed & am I available for an interview. Then they listed many job titles available & asked if I had Signal Messenger or Telegram on my phone for this interview, which then I looked up this phone number to see if this was a scam

I got a text at 3:55 PM - "Hi, I'm Ms. Ruth McInnis, I am the Talent Acquisition Specialist for Sultan Ventures and I'm please to inform you that your resume posted online has been reviewed and forwarded to the Management Team of Sultan Ventures for an interview are you available and willing to undergo this interview?"

I replied with "Yes, I am available for an interview. How's tomorrow morning?

They responded "The positions available are: administrative Assistant, Business Support, Customer Care /Customer Relationship Manager, Copywriter, Clerical Admin, Finance and Accounting, Tech Support, Typist Clerk, Project management, Verification Entry/ Data Entry and Program Management.

This interview and procedure will be a computer smartphone based interview and it will be done via "Signal Messenger" OR telegram do you have either sitting in miniature messenger or telegram message on your PC or smartphone to enable you to commence with the interview".

I did not reply and reported it as junk.

Received the following text message: "Hi, I'm Ms.Ruth McInnis, I am the Talent Acquisition Specialist for Sultan Ventures and I'm pleased to inform you that your resume posted online has been reviewed and forwarded to the Management Team of Sultan Ventures for an interview are you available and willing to undergo this interview?" Seeing as I JUST handled a similar text for a different company less than an hour ago I asked where they found my resume, as I know I haven't applied to anywhere named that. I also looked them up on LinkedIn and found nothing. I never got a response.

Googled to verify and it’s a scam. I did not reply.

Didn't apply to this job. They are claiming to be from Sultran Ventures, an actual consulting company.

I received the following text from phone number 1-706-680-7038: "Hi, I'm Ms.Ruth McInnis, I am the Talent Acquisition Specialist for Sultan Ventures and I'm pleased to inform you that your resume posted online has been reviewed and forwarded to the Management Team of Sultan Ventures for an interview are you available and willing to undergo this interview?" I responded to the text and have not yet heard back. Someone else reported on ScamPulse receiving the same message from the same number, but the name provided in the text was different.

I got a text at 11:21 AM - "Hi, I'm Ms. Ruth McInnis, I am the Talent Acquisition Specialist for Sultan Ventures and I'm please to inform you that your resume posted online has been reviewed and forwarded to the Management Team of Sultan Ventures for an interview are you available and willing to undergo this interview?" I responded asking where they found my resume because "I don't seem to have an application confirmation from Sultan Ventures." The person did not respond. I Googled the name and company and looked them up on LinkedIn, they seem to have no employee with the name Ruth McInnis.
