This company deletes comments left asking about when products will arrive. I personally have messaged and they only reply over Instagram. They send out shipping confirmations but when you track your package it is stalled in one place and does not move. They are unprofessional and rude. They won't respond once you catch on to their scams so you can never get a refund. To make people believe the product is real thy send beauty gurus few samples to post, but it is all fake and a way to get more people to waste their money on a product that will never arrive. I have emailed the company and Dmed both the company and CEO. Steer clear!

I purchase merchandise from them 5/17/2019. Credit card was charged and as of yet no merchandise received . Attempted emails and dm on Instagram with no response of status. Now the cc company does not want to refund due to insufficient proof. They are scammers .

Soliciting products on Facebook and Instagram that they are not fulfilling orders on. They are creating USPS pre-shipment labels and not shipping the items even after more than a week has passed. And they are not responding to emails or the messages I sent them on Facebook & Instagram, on top of deleting posts that I have left on their Facebook wall regarding this matter.
