I purchase a dress from online on 04/03/2023. I received a totally different dress with poor quality. The dress is not similar at all. I emailed them for a refund and prepaid label to send the wrong item back and they refused and offered me 20% off and i didn't agree so they sent an email stating to keep the dress and they will refund 30% of the cost. I didn't agree and they stop responding to my emails.
