The company is pretending to be Navient Student Loan Services and threatened my student loans would go into default if I didn’t pay. They had all my information as if they were my student loan carrier. When I asked for an agreement proving what we agreed to the agent hung up on me. I spoke to the Department of Education to learn that it was a scam and to cancel my credit card that they have on file.
