This company sold me brackets to mount under my floors and told me they would stop my joists from “deflecting” resulting in my glasses and dishes rattling when people walk in the room causing the joist to deflect/bend. I sent multiple pictures and asked many questions (I have the Facebook Messenger chat) and was told it would work. Well, it didn’t work at all. My floors are acting the same way they were prior to installing them, in which I was told was being installed correctly while I was installing them (I have the chat saved). When I told them it didn’t work, their response was “that’s crazy.” I have since been blocked and nobody will return my correspondence for a refund.
