I purchased an IPTV streaming package for 6 months for 70.00. After contacting them for server days through their chat service.

We tried to resolve the issue. I was put on a different server, and it made no difference. I have still been trying to contact them through the chat. Requesting a refund and I was told no refund. I have done all this Through the 7 day satisfaction period. For 7 days now they were not in. Respond to my request and I haven't heard anything on the email. The refund policy states. If you're not satisfied in the 7 day. You can have a full refund and there is no stipulations. Please help me resolve this issue.

I paid for a streaming service prior to it expiring, after the expiry date I still didn’t receive the service so I contacted them and send screenshots of the payment and I didn’t get a response. I reached out to them later that day with additional screenshots and they responded saying since I reported them to PayPal my account wouldn’t be reactivated until 8pm. My payment wasn’t made via PayPal so I couldn’t report them to PayPal, it was made via cashapp. Regardless, I waited until after 8 and my service still wasn’t restored, I tried calling them via the number on their website, I’ve sent multiple emails and I haven’t gotten any response, I also requested a refund via cashapp to which they still have not responded to.

I have forced stop the app, uninstall and reinstall and still nothing.

I received 2 emails for the same company proclaiming to be Streaming Service. The reply to email was the same as 3 previous emails with Bitcoin-Era as the business name. This email offers a chance to win $1000 Netflix Giftcard.
