Received postal "debt consolidation" loan offer with far below market APR. Went to website, partially completed "application." I received a follow up call from a different area code (Sturgis, SD). I once lived near there and my cell phone shares that Area Code. Got a call back from a male caller who identified himself as "CW" who called and texted me several times. Wanted my SSN over the phone, I told him I wanted to run a check on his business through ScamPulse.com and he said "We normally use Trust Pilot" (?). That was Sunday, this is Tuesday and he hasn't called back although I did receive another email solicitation to complete my "application." This is the first time a scammer roped me in using junk mail through the U.S. Postal Service. Mail Fraud is still a crime right? They had my correct name, address and phone number but they didn't get my SSN.

A Financial Consultant, KT from contacted me to offer to setup a Debt Consolidation Program with Brandon Ellis Law Firm. I made 3 payments towards the program for $1289 each. The program's most basic function was to work with creditors and represent the client in court cases resulting from summons received from debts included in the program. I received a summons on a bad debt and informed Brandon Ellis by calling at least 5 or 6 times to request representation on this matter. They refused to comply, I had to hire another Attorney to address the Summons. I immediately closed the program to avoid further losses and requested a refund of program all program fees since it did not meet its obligations. They indicated they do not refund program fees, regardless of the situation and refused to acknowledge their obvious failures. KT from Strategic Consulting ([email protected]. phone 855-xxx-xxxx sold the program based on false pretenses, Brandon Ellis Law Firm was obligated to provide legal representation for all court summons for debts included in the program and they did not do that. After all was said and done, they removed this debt from the program as if it wasn't included, when it was clearly included on the original program documents. This is such an outrage to do to people who are already in a difficult financial situation. They collect program fees heavily on the front end, knowing their service standards would be so poor they would lose customers, but they will have made a nice profit on payments collected up front that they will refuse to refund even if their contracted service was not provided as outlined.
