Initially, I subscribed to their service for a month after being persuaded by their sales representatives on WeChat. However, the AI stock predictions proved to be unreliable and unhelpful. The website seemed to only highlight successful predictions after the market had closed, which I suspect were more due to luck than any accurate forecasting.
My major issue is with the subscription and cancellation process. The website lacked clarity that the subscription was recurring, and there was no visible option to cancel the subscription. Consequently, I was unaware that it would auto-renew and was unexpectedly charged for an additional month. Efforts to resolve this issue through their WeChat support were unfruitful, and they refused to process a refund. It was only after contacting Stripe that I was able to locate a hidden login page to cancel the subscription.
Moreover, I was not provided with any email notifications regarding my initial subscription, the recurring payments, or reminders about upcoming charges, which I believe is a deceptive practice.
I request ScamPulse.com's assistance in addressing this issue. I believe a refund is justified due to the misleading nature of Stockwe.com's subscription model and the lack of transparency in their communication. Additionally, I am concerned that other consumers may be similarly affected by these practices.
