after finding out that this company is not regulated and reading online all the bad reviews I requested to close my account and to get my initial investment, I forgot to mention that before you send your funds they will be very nice but truly they only care about taking your money, very aggressive approach to take more of your money, and will harass you daily and will not follow your instruction. I originally told the agent that I only want for now to fund my account and get familiar with the platform but the agent disregard my instructions and decided to sign me up for one of there Bitcoin promotions without my consent and told me that I have to come up with more money to fund my account in order to get more positions to make the story short I decided not to go ahead and request to get my initial investment back minus whatever fees they want to take out but for weeks nobody is getting back to me and after sending at least 6 emails got a phone call from an agent to tell me that in order to close my your account and get my funds back I have to place 5 trades make the story short they made me lose everything...
