Big scammer David harrelson Starlink breeders

I bought 2pairs (4) birds from David Harrelson 1pair was 800 another pair was 1500 so total was 2300 including import & export permits & shipping to my doorstep & he agreed 300 deposit to do paperwork. He also promised after deposit will send documents to sign of transfer ownership .After waited few days nothing was send I had to ask for it (few days) then he send bill of sales & transfer ownership certificate. After that the show starts 1st step he say Singapore has approved but had to pay 500 , I did check from Singapore import department about the fee & it not 500 USD never mind so I told him I’ll pay for the fee after I receive my birds. 2nd step he say have to pay air frights fee that is 600 don’t pay No ship. I ask for refund he say 300 gone for paperwork so No refund.N I ask for all documents including Singapore permits he can’t show keep finding excuse .It a big scammer. Don’t believe what this scammer says.

I purchased a parrot from them for $800 with free shipping. They said they shipped her and right away they want $500 more. I refused. Then they said that the bird was in Alabama and needs $700 more for a permit. I call the city controller and they told me that is not true. So I told star link breeders that this was a scam. I went to the shipping company website that they used and it was removed. So I asked David at star link breeders for a refund or a replacement. He told me to send him $300 more and he will ship a replacement. Of course I refused like I did the other 2 attempts to get more money. So now he will not send a refund because he says he lost his bird and money. So please don't use this company.

How can someone purchased 2pairs (4) birds 1pair was 800 another pair was 1500 so total was 2300 including import & export permits & shipping. And he paid 300 to defi wallet for the paperwork's to be done and we sent it to him .when we check the payment we can receive it and we have show him everything .when we ask him to pay the transportation fee he said we are scamming him, we told him that we have not receive your payment yet because we do not have the defi wallet network so for he to receive his birds let him pay the transportation fee .You guys should stop putting people website online on scam list without checking well .
