St Joseph medical Corp is a fraud

Filled out online form to qualify for a chm. First question is if you take insulin. I answered no. Then more medical questions and personal ones: address,phone, email, birthday, doctor's name, health insurance, etc. then says I don't qualify because I'm not on insulin. That was the first question, survey should've ended. I called them and they won't delete my info. A scam and a fraud.

“St. Joseph Medical Corporation” is one among many fake companies that have sent our office fake order requests for Diabetic supplies like Freestyle libre. They make the form look very similar to what we would normally receive but there are definitely some visible signs that they fake such as oddly phrased sentences, typos…logos that don’t match the formatting of the document…any pharmacy asking for chart notes for medications…I ALWAYS look up the phone number or call it. Official medical companies or large pharmacy corporations like CVS Caremark dont pick up without you going through a phone tree and they certainly don’t pick up on the first ring. So if someone does..or you don’t get their official phone tree to greet you when they call…it’s a scam. ALWAYS look up the phone and fax number. It’s the quickest way to know if it’s a real request.

PHISHING SCAM

I am from a medical clinic and we have received multiple requests from this company for our Medicare eligible patients for wrist splints and glucose strips. We have denied them, since the patient, nor the clinician, has ordered these supplies. I called the number & a man with a foreign accent answered. When I simply requested our patients to be taken off their call list, he stated "he is a person and does not deserve to be treated that way". He also stated he is the manager and I have the wrong number & hung up on me. When I called back, he answered & denied his name, stated I had the wrong number & hung up again. This company (same phone number) has put Walmart Pharmacy logo on their scripts & also Better Health Medical Supplies.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! These are fake requests that are faxed to physician offices under the false pretenses that the Senior citizen Patient is requesting back, neck, and shoulder braces. Two 90+ year old patient examples where not only did they not initiate, they DONT NEED THEM. When you call to question this company, they work hard to get you off the phone and deflect questioning. I was hung up on today 2x! I will be reporting to CMS! STOP taking advantage of SENIORS! Shame on you!
