Ordered a bracelet (buy one- get one) on March 17,2025

They deducted the order cost then they deducted $21.00 for ‘membership’ that I did not authorize. They responded to emails at first- saying they would get back to me in 24-48 hours but the tracking number is invalid and the email response is just a canned auto reply

so in November 2024, I bought this bracelet--got a buy one get one free. Got the bracelets. Then later that month, I see a 29.99 charge. I contact them and they stated it was for a membership/rewards fee. I said I didnt want it and they would cancel my account and refund me. Then in December, it happened again--I complained again and they refunded me...then later in December, another charge...refunded me. Now I am contacting them again about another charge that happened the other day and I have yet to hear back from them or get a refund yet.

I placed an order for three bracelets on December 15, 2024, which I never received. Subsequently, I disputed the charge with my credit card company, citing that the merchandise was never delivered. The dispute was resolved in my favor, and my card was credited. However, on December 30, 2024, I received an alert that this company had again charged my card $29.99. I immediately reported this fraudulent charge to my credit card company. While they are reversing the charge and issuing me a new card, they cannot guarantee that this company will not attempt further unauthorized charges. I have tried contacting this company multiple times without success, including an email to their advertised "quick contact" address requesting that they cease all attempts to charge my card. I have also read reports of similar fraudulent practices by this company, including non-delivery of merchandise and recurring unauthorized charges.
