So we bought this cat from this sphynx company and her name was Aurora, which I have seen previously mentioned on this website. Said she was 13 and a half weeks old. They used Logisitic Express International to ship her and a few days after they were supposed to pick her up they asked for extra money for a thermal crate since she was so young. We paid it as they said they would return it. Then, they said we had violated COVID-19 laws and needed to purchase pet insurance. Then, we were told the cat wast taken to a Vet due to exposure to covid. She was tested and we footed the bill. We asked for proof of the cat at this point and they sent us a picture and a video of two different cats. One was voiced over as a previous commenter had also mentioned in their situation and then we knew for sure it wasn't real. Then they asked for additional funds to process her covid results, we said no and we wanted our money back. They stopped talking to us. The adoption agency tried threatening us with her getting abandoned and us getting fired, which never happened. And I asked all involved parties for a refund. Logisitic Express contacted me asking for my watssap and I gave it to them where Jaunte Marquise Rorls said to get my money back all I needed to do was pay him 275 dollars to get a receipt for all the money I was owed. And then 1125 for the refund. I googled the guys name with the company he claimed to be with, Animal Friends Insurance, which is a company and I have let them know what was going on, but upon finding this site told him I knew he was a scam and he tried to call once more then stopped. So at this point I am talking with some legal folks to try and get our money back but we are ultimately heart broken and pissed. But I guess learned our lesson the hard way.
