I been receiving emails regarding a payday loan with SPEEDY pay loan. I'm getting threats of legal action if balance isn't paid off. I don't recall this loan and it seems suspicious.

Will not provide business loan number, will not provide business address as the one used is fake, will lie about the loan amount borrowed

I had applied for loans before and it seems like the information was passed from the loan company to loan company they called me and asked me for my sign in for my mobile banking. He already had all of my information I guess from a loan that I had applied for before from a different company and when I didn’t want to give him my mobile signing he sent me the email that I attached below

This company is harassing my place of employment and giving out personal financial information without my consent, i have a recorded conversation with the person giving all my info out to my spouse without my consent and well as swearing at her ... i also have copies of emails with threats in them and even after telling them i am in bankruptcy they are continuing to harass my co workers and my home phone every minutes for hours straight ...
