My experience is just about the same as above. I ordered on 9/28 and when November came around I sent the email to customer service. They said it was delivered but of course it wasn’t so they resent it. Another month goes by and it’s delivered again but of course not. So I asked for a refund because the clothes won’t fit my daughter anymore because it’s been months. They said they are in contact with the carrier and they are out money too so they can offer a 60% refund. I asked where it would be applied to and they said the card I paid with but could take 15-25 days depending on my bank. Luckily I only spend 30$. I know I’ll never see that money or the clothes.

The company pretends to be Sparkle In Pink (website looked identical) When contacted about items, they sent tracking info from China with promises of them being a legit company. Waited weeks and saw package was delivered. NOTHING. Contacted about return and they insisted the package was delivered to neighbors, etc. Again, threatened that they would be reported to ScamPulse.com and others and they insist they are a real company and promise to give credit. NOTHING. Beware. Please check full web address before making the same mistake thinking it was the real Sparkle In Pink.

I ordered almost $80 worth of girls clothing. Over 30 days past, I emailed, received a message stating 30 days was a time line and it was coming from China. The next week I received a play ring. After receiving an email saying it was delivered the site disappeared. I now see it up and going but no children clothes appear on it now.

I placed an order through a Facebook ad for sparkle-sale clothing store. I was in almost constant contact with customer service because after a month my package still had not arrived. When I asked for a refund, suddenly the next day it showed up on tracking that the package had been delivered but of course it had not. I contacted the company right away and they are telling me that my request for a refund has been denied. They are refusing to refund the money I paid for products I never received.
