Wrong product

This may be a bait and switch scam. I ordered the Soothely neck massager and received a Jiankang Yangsheng, Neck Massager made in China. It was supposed to be made by a company called Breathe Green in the United States which doesn’t sell massagers. I called Soothely and they said they will refund my full payment without having to return the incorrect product. I did mention to the customer support person who was respectful in processing my refund about the scam reports.

Advertising a Soothely neck massager and claims to be the official website of the product. When any purchase is attempted it sends you to another website which is their’s I’m assuming. What I received was a very cheap neck massager, very low quality, possibly even missing parts. They did refund my money but they definitely have a scam going.

I was anxiously awaiting my 3 Soothely neck massagers for holiday gifts for my family. I received the package today and to my dismay, I discovered that the Soothely item I ordered online is not remotely close in look, design or name.. As you can see the Soothely image ( presumably made in the USA) is not even close to the Jiankang Yangsheng (presumably made in China or Japan} Nowhere on the packaging does it even say Soothely. This in my opinion is false advertising. Your customer service dept. gave me a full refund but it's not the point. The point is that you manipulate your customer and that is unacceptable. I am sending a copy of this memo to the Better Business Authority. Perhaps you should consider your on-line advertisement and not run under false pretenses

I purchased one as a gift off the Sootheley website and received a Jiankang Yangsheng, Neck Massager as you did. It doesn’t work. I called Sootheley and they said I only have a few days to return it for a refund but I would have to pay the shipping fees. Did you do that before getting your refund? Thanks.
