Started working for SONDER+FORM as a social media coordinator on November 1, 2023. My interview for the job was on 10/31/23 and I was basically hired on the spot. The owner, Emily Stencel, kept ignoring me any time I inquired about being paid. After 3 weeks passed and there was no payment, I began reaching out to former employees. All of the employees had quit in Oct 2023 due to unpaid wages. 2 of my other colleagues were also inquiring with former employees because they hadn’t been paid either. We also came to find out that SONDER+FORM clients were being scammed as well. One former client spent $10,000 on services she didn’t receive from Emily of SONDER+FORM. Emily Stencel and her business fled from Hamilton, Ontario, Canada to Los Angeles allegedly due to multiple legal claims against her. She has now scammed two businesses in Los Angeles, CA.
