I ordered on January 25th. Emailed the company on Feb 28th. I was told that my package had been delivered. It wasn’t. They told me they would send my items again expedited. It would take 7-15 days. I contacted them again and they said my package was delivered on 3/10. I did not receive it. I was told that they would refund my money but up to 70% of what I paid. I never received a refund. They even said in the email it 14-25 days and o would get it eventually.

I saw an ad for leggings on Facebook from 32 Degrees. I have ordered from this company before and loved their product. Once I placed my order, the confirmation came from soft whimsy. When I tried to track my order, it was coming from China. I never received it. Ive contacted them several times and they offered me a 20% refund. I refused it. I expected a full refund.
