I had set a student loan forgiveness program, They said that my student loan can be wiped out. If I make a payment for 5 months of $260. They ask me how much do I think I owe student loan I told them about 30000. They said they lifted up it was about 33000 that I owe. After I paid the 5 months of $260 I would have a 0 balance for 10 years and I have to report to them about my income. After I let them take my first payment my bank account was compromised. I changed my card and change my account they was still able to take more After I did a dispute on it. Now they are emailing saying they don't want to take me to a small claim court if I pay my payments.
