I spoke to a guy named Walter initially and booked me four airline tickets to Sydney, Australia initially. He gave me his number to call him back if there were any problems. When I called back, a guy named Austin said Walter no longer works for the company. When I initially booked with Walter, he specifically said they were cancellable flights, and when I called back to cancel due to family emergency, a guy named Austin said they were not refundable tickets and that I had to pay extra $800 to refund some of the charges. He said there would be a $1900 penalty. He sent me confirmation for the refund, and said it would take 30-40 days for the refund to process. It’s been more than 30 days and I haven’t received any refunds yet. They said the refund would go back to the original credit card used, and I still haven’t received any refunds. I keep getting the round around. The second guy ( Austin) who supposedly processed the refund for me gave me his number, but now does not want to talk to me when I call back. They keep saying he is busy. Plus, the refund confirmation letter I received from them can now no longer be found from my email. I initially had it in two folders of my email, but are now both gone. I cannot send the refund letter since it is now gone from my email. However, I can send the initial booking that they supposedly had cancelled and issued a refund on.

I would not even give this business half a star. The salespersons will do anything to get you to agree to a deal. Then they start dragging you to give you accurate information and at the end they will scam you.

I booked a vacation trip for a group of 22 people. we found a great deal online but before we book the trip, I wanted to clarify the information and to see if I can book everyone at once. I called the number, and I got them. The agent (George) told me since we are more than 10 ppl he can give us a group rate which is even better than the online rate.

He got credit card numbers and info from everyone then two days later he told us he can't give us the same deal for the date we wanted because the hotel was nearly sold out so we all changed our plans to book the trip on the follow week. it took him a while, we called on 4/30 and he sent us confirmation on 5/3 after I called him couple of time asking why it's taking so long to send us the confirmations or to see charges on the credit cards for bookings, every time I called him, he said he and his team are working on it.

Few days later we saw a charge for flight bookings which was over what we were expecting and over $1300 for hotel booking which in total was the rate he gave us per person for the whole trip and he confirmed we are all set, everything is booked and fully paid for.

In addition, same day shortly after we asked him to book the trip, we asked him if instead of putting all 4 guests in the same room (each family) if he could give us two rooms king beds. he said don't worry I left a note on the reservation and when you get to the hotel, they will switch your rooms to king (double occupancy)

since I use to work for a hotel in the past, I knew what he said doesn't make sense, so I called him the day after and asked him to separate the rooms now rather than waiting until the day of travel. What if the hotel was sold out? we were even willing to pay a little more to get the rooms but he said since the hotel is "all-inclusive" they charge per person not by room so we will be fine.

It has been over a month since then and he kept dragging us. Until yesterday when I called him to check on the status he said if we want to change the rooms we must pay $960 pp extra! I called him on it and sure enough he denied everything. I told him you dragged us for a whole month while you could have say that last month when the rates were lower so we dont have to pay $960pp extra to make the change.

I ended up calling the hotel to find out if they can help us AND I was up for another surprise scam! I found out from the hotel that our reservation is only partially paid, and we were to get charged another $1500 (per room) when we check in. basically, the rate he booked us was double the rate he gave us when we booked, and he only paid the deposit on the reservation. I have been trying to get hold of someone to help us with this issue but seems no one wants to take responsibility.

I got suspicious when I checked the hotel reservation online and I saw a different rate on the hotel confirmation on the hotel website than what he gave us and we were charged for. It has been few days since I contacted the supervisor, she was to listen to all of our phone conversation recordings (if they tell the truth) and call me back. I'm still waiting!

If you like your health and care about your hard-earned money, DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY. They are nothing but a big scammer. We are 22ppl and we are to file lawsuits against them, and we are calling for people who were scammed by them like us. Calling all hotels and airlines headquarters with documents we have to prove our claim to let them know about the scams they are running so they don't jeopardize their reputation by working with them.

I needed to change an airline reservation and when I did a google search for the airline number an imposter entry came up. When I called they impersonated the airline support and got my credit card number (with CVV) to make the "change". When they asked for a password I became suspicious and terminated the call. I contacted my credit card company to report the fraud.

I needed to call Southwest Airlines to let them know I was adding my infant to my flight reservation. I googled southwest airlines to find their phone number and called the number I saw. The number I dialed was a third party and they charged me 125$ to add my infant. I kept thinking that sounded strange. Then when I went to the website I saw that it didn’t cost money to add an infant and I called the number on the site and the person I talked to said that was probably a third person that I talked to and said to call my bank so that I could dispute the charge.
