Skybound trading Reports & Reviews (12)

I purchased a large hand-knit blanket that I saw on an Instagram ad in December as part of a Christmas gift. The blankets looked nice so I ordered a second for myself. I received a confirmation on December 16th, and they said I was supposed to receive my items in 12-20 days. It’s now February 16th and I haven’t received the blanket, only to do a Google search to find ScamPulse.com complaints and a news story about this being a complete scam — people have either received a totally different product or, like in my case, not received a product at all. My main concern is this company now has all of my personal and credit card information.

Ordered two blankets on November 18th, 2018. My visa card was charged and I received an order confirmation.

I have tried to get in contact with this seller multiple times about a $90 blanket I purchased online from them. They replied with an automated message only once and it didn't even answer my question. I believe this business has already made it in the CO news for being a scam. They advertised on Instagram where I first saw their ad. Their address it to a residential home that is for sale. They use Chinese product tracking numbers so consumers never know where their product is. It doesn't even matter though because there is NO product being sent. I ordered off their website November 19th. Their website says it takes 12- 20 days for their product to arrive. It has been almost 60 days and I have heard nothing from them. Their ads should be pulled off social media and their website should be shutdown especially since they have already been in the news as scam.

I ordered a product on 11/23. Immediately received an email that it would be personally made and handcrafted but that it would be delivered within 12-20

Days of order.

Email rec’d 12/12 that product has shipped. Upon trying to track order with third party shipper, message rec’d that no parcel matches tracking number. Multiple attempts made to contact shipper and third party shipping company. As of today 1/11 package still hasn’t been rec’d and no communication available.

Was charged for product 11/26 by a different name ‘All you touch LLC’

Placed an order for 3 blankets based on an Instagram ad on Black Friday. Website said 12-20 days to receive order. 35 days later and multiple emails, I finally received word back from the USPS after the investigation into the tracking number they sent. USPS never received the item (never scanned into their systems). Skybound simply ordered a pick up and passed on the tracking ID to me. Three Christmas presents not given and $242 lost. These guys are a SCAM. Also known as All You Touch LLC (on credit card charge).

Responded to an ad through Instagram which routed me to Skybound tradings website. I made a purchase for 90 dollars through the site and paid via PayPal. I’ve contacted the vendor several times since my purchase on November 15th, and each time they tell me the parcel is still coming and provide a phony USPS tracking number. I have yet to receive anything, and there is still no shipping label created from the tracking # sent last time — over 2 weeks ago. I’ve tried to be patient (like they asked) but i Don’t know what else to do so I am reporting the case to you.

After buying a blanket for $156.00 + Shipping, the "Company" stated that the product would take approximately 20 days to be received. That was on November 24th. We are now at January 4th. As I do know that it was the holiday season that it may take longer than expected. Working in a business that ships and receives on a daily basis, I know how the holiday season can get. HOWEVER, this is beginning to be ridiculous. I keep getting the run around after many emails have been sent back and forth and all they are doing, well all "EDDIE or EDWARD VERGARA" are doing is giving me the run around. I want a refund as soon as possible. This "company" deserves to be shut down immediately.

I ordered a blanket that was on sale in November, but have yet to receive anything. My debit card was charged immediately upon purchase. I have attempted to contact the company multiple times, but have received no response.

I ordered Christmas gifts from this company in early November and never received them. I received sparse messages from customer service although they did forward tracking numbers. One tracking number has shown in Chicago since December 7th (order being shipped to Pennsylvania). The other tracking number shows invalid. The company has no contact information outside of email and the business address is an apartment in Boulder CO where no one can be reached.

Beware of Skybound Trading company. It's a scam, I am pretty sure. They advertise on instagram. Website is slick. I know someone who ordered this item shown below on November 19. Has never recieved the blanket. Be sure to always read the whole website. There is no address, no phone number. Return option is impossible - only 3 days to return and will not accept sale items. Everything is on sale! I contacted the support team numerous times and, "surprise!" they say the item is being shipped! That was over two weeks ago. Continued to try and contact them, but only said they were sending the issue to support team. Have contacted credit card company and reported the charge without product, and cancelled credit card due to fear of fraud in the future. I have searched and searched looking for more info on these people. Might be out of China or Russia. Check their facebook page. Many clients have complained. Trying to alert facebook and instagram of this company.

I ordered 2 large blankets totaling $165 on Nov 16. The company claimed it would take up to 20 days to arrive at my door. A couple weeks ago I emailed them to inquire about my order. I received a respond 2 days later from someone named Zim, claiming my order had been “expedited for shipping” several days after that, I still had not gotten a shipping confirmation. I emailed the company again and asked how difficult it was to put a label on a box. After a couple days they responded with a tracking number. That was on Dec 15. According to USPS, it has still not reached a mailing facility. The company is now not responding to emails requesting a cancellation and refund.

"Chunky Knit Blanket" advertised on Instagram. It was a sponsored advertisement for Skybound Trading. I followed the ad to their website and ordered a L size blanket for $89.95. After a few days I was looking at their website a little more and realized that it didn't really look like a legitimate retail website. I also found the Instagram account @[censored]tyblanket, which is an account created to warn people of this scam. This concerned me to the point I contacted them to cancel my order and request a refund. They replied that my item had just shipped so it couldn't be cancelled.

When I received the blanket I opened it up and the quality was pitiful. The material used falls apart into tiny little hairs and leaves pieces of fuzz everywhere. I emailed Skybound to let them know I was sending it back. I took it straight back to the post office and mailed it to the return address listed on Skybound Trading website. I paid for Priority Mail ($31.90) because Skybound's return policy says they must receive the item within 3 days of the customer receiving it.

Skybound replied to my return email 3 days later and told me that they couldn't offer refund because it was a "sale" item.

They didn't respond to my email until 3 days after I sent it. Keep in mind, they say they must receive the return within 3 days.

Their website has a countdown clock for the "sale". The clock was counting down when I ordered on 11/16 and it is still counting down today.

I assume they always say these blankets are on sale so they can deny all refunds.

In the end I am out approx. $120 after paying to ship it back and then being denied a refund anyway.

PS: Three weeks after ordering from this website I had approx $400 in fraudulent charges on my debit card that I used to pay for the blanket.

In the time between my order and the fraud charges, there were 3 different Paypal authorizations on my card for $1.00. It is possible that this could be completely unrelated, but I have my doubts.
