I was approached by phone by an individual representing a company that wanted to buy my land in Florida. They made an offer and then after I signed a contract via DocuSign they tried to retract their end and wanted me to pay for the fees they agreed to pay. I declined and a few months later they reached out again with offer and I agreed again to offer and the same day they came back with a smaller offer and seamed to be trying the same thing as last time. The first time I didn’t think it was a scam but it hit me this time. They wanted me to send in the money for fees to them to pay the third party for services on this deal. If it isn’t a scam it is a horrible way to conduct a business.
