Simple Fruit Market - A Total Scam

This store is a total scam, their new website is: https://www.organicyi.com/. I ordered 5 boxes of fruit for $145 and this person from the store Priyanka Gond told me to pay using PayPal and provide her the order number. Once I purchased, I never received any order number, she said she will send me the shipping confirmation but never did in 2 days. I was skeptical and looked up their website and found out that there isn't a physical mailing address or phone number provided. They only have an email address to contact but that email is non-reachable. I knew right away that i was scammed. I contacted PayPal immediately to dispute the charge and got a full refund back. Please be aware of scams like this and don't be a victim. It is very unethical the way to create fake website to sell fake products. I will report this to BBB.

My brother wanted fruit from freshmz.com. I was going to buy a box for his birthday. The box of fresh rose sugar apple fruit never came after a week and a half (when the company claims they send in 2-3 days) and when I went to Paypal to attempt to get my money back- Paypal would not repay the money- saying the purchase did not qualify for purchase protection. The Paypal seller information is a DebraLLC. When the purchase was made, the confirmation page for Paypal said "Thanks for donating $29.99 USD to DebraLLC." transaction ID 3M38170353563791T. The purchase price for 1 box was $29.99- your form won't let me round. The website does not have a contact phone number. When I tried to email the seller using the Paypal listed email contact [email protected], I got a delivery status notification failure. Somehow this person has listed themselves as a charity through Paypal and their website. The website has poor grammar and no contact information. Except now they have some of my money, name and shipping address.
