On paper checks we discovered that the puppy never had the CITY PERMIT document which is a very important document USA pet and animal transport laws are very strict on transporting a pet without the CITY PERMIT DOCUMENT. The adoption documents show clearly that you are the full and legal owner of the puppy and so we have decided to contact you about this document. According to PET AND ANIMAL LAWS passed on the animal act of 1998 it states that "A pet shall on no condition fly out of one state to another without CITY PERMIT PAPERS. This document has to be presented to every custom service of any state especially if the owner of the pet is not available and also if the pet is not undertaking a medical trip or is not under transit by car." SO from the law that was passed it is against the law for us to let the puppy to proceed with the flight from Virginia USA to Ontario Canada without the CITY PERMIT document. The city permit will cost a total of $934 which is REFUNDABLE UPON DELIVERY OF YOUR PUPPY. You will have to pay a total of $934.
