Type of a scam Online Purchase

Watch out...

In August 2023 I ordered a dress from SilkSilky, but unfortunately it turned out to be too small.
I packed the dress with a letter in it with all my address details, then I didn't hear anything for 5 weeks and finally i sent an email where the correct dress was, but it turned out that they needed my return tracking number (and unfortunately I don't have those anymore, which was my fault).
After this I sent several emails but they couldn't find my package without the tracking number, always the same answer…
(While all my personal details and the wrong size dress were in the package)

I have been trying to get my money back for almost 4 months now, but unfortunately I have not received anything, no dress and no money.

They did offer to send me a new dress if I transferred 29 euros, but I did not accept this...

SilkSilky is a company that advertises a lot, but if you forget to send your return tracking number you will not receive the dress and you will not get your money back!
Your personal information in the package is apparently not sufficient.

So pay close attention to what you buy from this company!

Scam company

This is a horrible company which pretends to be a prestigious brand. They claim to sell high quality silk products which are not cheap, in fact the products are just cheap products which are made in China. Don’t get me wrong, China is actually famous for high quality silk but this is not the case with this company. They send a small package on which there is QR code. When I scanned it, it is linked to a cafe. Ridiculous! I purchased a silk blouse and scrunchies and the products are just in horrible. You can just tell they are cheap stuff which I paid 180 dollars for!

Then when I want refund, they just find all the excuses to stop you. For example, I have to ship the goods back to USA. Then they offer you all other options which in one work to hope you will keep the items not refund.

It is scam company. Stay away from silksilky!

sent wrong sizes, ignore exchange request

Items came all nicely packaged, however---I ordered two men's T-shirt in Small and received Large. Even with an Asian conversion that is way off. Then for another item I requested M and was sent XS. I have a sizing mistake of my own that I'd also like to change. But they ignore all requests to exchange and don't answer emails to the email they direct you too. So while they did ship my items there is no way to fix anything after shipment is delivered. And the mistakes were THEIRS!

I purchased some items from the site(silksilky) by mistake thinking it was a different website. when I got the item I contacted the website to start a return. the website says to contact them first in order to get the return instruction through email. I NEVER GOT A REPLY. I ended up mailing the items back with an address that's in the website. I got a tracking number and it showed that they did got the package and returned it to me. I's been a month and they have ignored my messages and don't want to refund me my money.
