I paid for a monthly training program from this guy. I only did one month at a time but there is a pay the full year in advance option. The site states that within 48 hours of purchase you will have a workout plan designed just for you and accepted into his Facebook support group. I waited a full week then emailed. Then emailed again. I messaged him on Instagram. I found another email for him. Two weeks with no responses. Then I get the workout plan and a few days later accepted to the Facebook group.

Then by the time I’m just starting the first week of the product I’m already being charged for the next month even though I didn’t get my full first month. I email the support email and I message him on Instagram @ briandecosta but no responses. I fill put a form on his website to change things about the program I purchased. That was three weeks ago and still no answers to any of my emails.

In the Facebook group. NO ONE can get in touch with him. The app itself (trainerize) doesn’t work well and has erased month of my work but I can’t get in touch with him. It’s like he gets your money when you get in the door and then vanishes
